Our stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. The room and bathroom were extremely dirty, with stains everywhere, and a strong, unpleasant smell throughout. The bedsheets were damp and covered in fungus – completely unhygienic and unacceptable.
To make matters worse, water started pouring from the ceiling during the night due to rain, and we couldn't sleep at all. When we informed the staff, there was no help or apology offered.
We were charged ₹3000 extra for breakfast, but all they served was poha and tea – nothing close to what you’d expect at that price. Breakfast was only available after 9 AM, which was an issue for us as we are diabetic and need to eat early. When we raised our concern, the staff coldly responded with "It's your problem. We can’t do anything."
This place lacks basic cleanliness, hospitality, and customer care. Please do not waste your money or risk your health by staying here.
