Hi, my stay on hotel citizen executive aurangabad was not comfortable. The main problem was the washroom it was congested and very dirty. The walls were dirty, there was no mirror in the room. Before giving us the room they did not clean it well. They have a terrible management system. No, that's all. Thank you

Dear sir your thank you for sharing your valuable feed back standard check in time is 11 am mr gopal deb goswami arrived early at 7. 00 am on there request we allocated theme early check in at 7. 30am as so early sweaper was not available our receptionist clean the room at gave theme early check in without any extra cost that to in the month of december

Worst hotel ever seen

This hotel is the most worst hotel in the world. Rooms were filled with dirty smell and beds were dirty, where you can't sleep, there were many insects on bed and towel and other towel is too old. We complained to hotel management and also MakeMyTrip people, they changed the room but every room is the same room.

The hotel was not good, old building and quality of hotel is very poor. The service was satisfactory. But not better as per price. As per hotel rooms it should be only 100-200 for 1 night. The facility was very poor like old tv, WiFi password npt provided to customer.

Location, Service, Cleanliness, staff, Front desk all are excellent. One of the best hotels I have visited so far. Food service is not available yet the arrange it for you from nearby restaurants. Excellent.
