soloRooms were not same as shown in the picture. Basic hygiene was not there. They changed my room twice, but I was still not satisfied. They asked me to check out, & book another Oyo, after which I will get my refund. Why should I cancel & book again? It is hotel or booking providers responsibility to provide me another hotel or room.

When booking was confirmed, it could have been verified weather property is ready to stay or not, we were being suffering to get status and support 3 hours around 10:00pm to 1:00 am to get another booking. This was really a worst experience and that too with family with us. I expect being a authorized trip provider, this has to improve for better experience. However i got full refund and refund process was smooth and for that i rate 5/5. No

No service provided at room, no hygiene maintained, rooms are third class, staff is hopeless. I have booked the room with breakfast and they clearly denied me for the breakfast. Overall it was the worst experience don't go for it.
