Nice place. Middle of city & convince place. Food is costly but quality is good. Room & washroom also clean. staff is good 👍

Overall good. Breakfast menu has to be increased. Very limited options.

1. 3 days i have stayed at hj item janki in spite of 20/30 times bring it to management notice. Air conditioner not working no one has bothered to come and see. It's ridiculous and in the room bedsheets were having daag on the bedsheets the room bathroom was not good as door entrance is full occupied by toilet seat - bad hotel.

Found it on internet very clean and comfortable value for money good and courteous service really no hassles

Booking canceled by hotel i want my refund back please help & assist regarding. Havnt got my money back yet

A good staying experience for a work stay. Rooms are clean. Bathrooms are small. Breakfast spread was a bit disappointing. All in all a good option for one day stay for work.

The hotel janaki executive is worst in this price range the wash room door is designed in such a way that the flush seat in front of the opening and you can not move to the wash basin or bathing area it is embarrassing every morning all taps are broken and leakage hygiene and sanitation is very poor morning breakfast are very limited only poha or vada pa the waiter are so clever they say sir only this items are in break fast and if you ask other they say it is chargeable if you see the charges plain omelettes are 170 inr tea plain 80 inr they charge like 4 star hotel this is very basic hotel in this price better to have other hotel my experience is very bad rajesh sharma

It is the worst hotel i have ever been to. The rooms are so dirty. There were hair all pver the floor in room and bathroom. The commode was so dirty. I couldnt even stand there and had to leave from there as soon as i checked in. I somehow slept for one night. And left early in the morning, leaving the room for already paid for second day. Make my trip also didnt help me. They promised me a voucher for refund but didnt give it

Inside room suddenly smelling badly. No further support from management. Kindly try another option for secondary hotel booking.

Small rooms, no hot water, had to ask buckets of hot water from reception in the morning and hence i was running late

I was charged 2 times for a bill of 403 rupees

I observed the following things which need to be improved; 1) the size of the rooms are so small 2) the bathroom was not so cleaned when we checked in 3) they could not do the house keeping at room on time even after informed 4) some basic stuffs were missing in the room such as dustbin, floor mat, bucket etc 5) overall, the experience was below everage. No

Rooms were neat and staff was cooperative. But the rooms were not very spacious.

Toilet was very smelly, i have requested to staff several times but no action from them. It was terrible experience
