drainage system of the bathroom is very slow, flush tank is not a proper working and low pressure, senatory item is not proper working, power supply cut each and every hour room service average furnishing item is very poor, bad poor

The property has a pleasant ambiance, but it falls short in terms of value for money. Frequent power outages—twice a day—were quite inconvenient. Most adventure activities were non-operational during our stay, and the TV in the room wasn’t working. Additionally, the room was significantly smaller than depicted in the images, and the charges are quite high for what is being offered.

It was a nice resort. I stayed with my Family. Just rates are too high & swimming pool was small....

It was a delightful experience. I would like to rate more for there food quality & on time response. Service - Very Good, Food Taste - Very good, Cleaning - Good. Yes there was some renovation work going on but apart from this the resort is well maintained, have indoor game facilities such as pool table, carrom,etc.

Fort-view resort is located near to the daulatabad fort and 13-14 kms away from grishneshwar mandir and ellora caves, roads are good but there is a little part that is off road, since it is located south you might face a little network problem and accessibility to things, food was really good and staff was keen and friendly, rooms were too small with ok ok beds and comforts, washrooms are average but surounding and view is amazing, it is surrounded by nature and premises is beautifully constructed. Service is a bit slow and needs work on that. Overall, with terms of rooms it is ok, with terms of other areas it is perfect.

things were ordinary at this place. rooms in particular were substandard and not good for the price. we paid for 1 room, but room was not good for more than 1000-1500 per room. althought, resort looks good, but if you are not using the amenities, it is useless. resort has good parking space as well.

Overall a good stay. Resort has lots of open spaces to relax and kids play area. The highlight is the adventure area for kids. From area of improvement, the rooms are extremely small compared to basic standards. They serve pure vegetarian food only but there is no mention of it anywhere. You get the shock when you come to the restaurant.

Decent stay but bit overpriced pros: 1. Nice property with lot of things to do 2. Staff is courteous and helpful 3. Food was good cons: 1. Rooms open towards common area. So expect lot of noise especially late night and early morning 2. Cleanliness is spotty at best. Saw roaches in the room 3. Property is off road so very poor mobile n/w 4. Library on the property is a joke. Only urdu books and old engineering books

Nice rooms, good restaurant, good location. I liked the adventure theme park within the premise, my kids and family had really good time here.

Bad experience, rate for such properties is worthless. Room was like dormitory were no electric kettle, neither sleeper, dental kit. All basis facility was missing.

1. I start with stating the fact that the property is beautiful and very thoughtfully planned. The owner has put in a lot of money and patience in constructing the resort. 2*but* the staff present is lackadaisical and incorrigible. The rooms were pathetic not at all maintained despite calling and informing multiple times about our arrival time. The rooms initially allotted to us were smelly and infested cockroaches and mosquitoes. 3. The staff was not at all cordial or responsive towards our woes and we had to pester them for our problems to be resolved. 4. There was no water in one of the room in morning and it took the staff almost 30 minutes to resolve the issue. 5. The resort although is a 3 star none of the amenities in rooms were akin to a 3star property. There were no toiletries kept except 2 mini. Medimix soaps. There was no kettle and ancillary items kept, no slippers and even the bedding was dirty. 6. There was no concierge service and after calling reception multiple times the person who came to pick our bags just dropped it near the vehicle and did bother to load the items. our experience was extremely poor.

Overall experience was average, here are few points which need to improve: only couple of basic options in added breakfast. Put extra mattress on floor as per them they do like it bathroom were very small one bathroom is having bad smell nothing provided with bathroom like bath kit, tooth kit, bathroom slipper etc service was good but everything need to ask them to provide staff was helpful paid food quality was good

The place is very comfortable and very well maintained. Best part was service - every staff member was very well behaved md provided great service. The owner himself is very warm and responds to every request favors

The stay was wonderful and amenities and very good, children play area, elders play area is wonderful. Resturant is very good we like most it's pure vegetarian and food quality was very good. Swimming pool is ossum. The property is very nice.

Wonderful place and beautiful location. Very friendly staff, i am impressed with all the staff who were very amicable - rooms are good and food is very tasty !

Totally worth the money. The overall experience was good, except the pool was dirty, ac doesn't work properly, and a few things were not accessible. The food is decent. The area is huge, and there's a lot of flora and fauna to look at, with the songs of birds waking you up in the morning.

Complementary breakfast was not good at all. Approach road is worst and difficult to locate the property. I think place is more for kids entertainment and kids’ parties.

Rooms are very small for given price range. Bed and are bathroom are further smaller. No kettle nothing provided. Only good thing was kids play area.
