Review Of THE FARM CREST, ECR NEXT TO KALPAKKAM

The location is quite private and peaceful I'll give it that but the overall experience was not up to the mark. The house itself is very small and better not talk about the bathroom ( no breathing space at all ), it was mentioned that it's a pet friendly property, I tried calling them to confirm but no one answered and later when we reached that charged extra 500 for our puppy , no toiletries, towels or even drinking water available at the property , the lighting near the pool is very dim , and the one more thing I experienced for the first time in my life is the caretaker asking for cleaning charges at the time of checkout. I'll give it a 4/10 , unless the right changes are done I would suggest opting for other options . The pictures attached below are fake , the property is nothing like it , the double bed room along with the bathroom is not present, no refrigerator or kitchen appliances except for a kettle or induction stove given , the TV doesn't work

The place was untidy also the food was not upto the mark. Experience was not as shown in the picture. It was not worth of money

The rooms were extremely small, water was leaking from the ac in one room and one side of the bed became fully wet so took the floor bed for myself, my wife and my child slept on the bed. Later at 2pm' ac stopped working and started feeling hot within sometime. We moved to the hall entire night with windows and doors open. We didnt sleep the whole night. I have never been to this type of property ever in my life. Property host is aware of the ac problem but we were not informed on this when we checked in. On the whole, i will give 1 star for outer view of the property.

The place is located in a remote place but that by itself is not an issue however the rooms themselves are the problem the building is constructed awkwardly the bathrooms are difficult to use being very small and most probably rarely maintained, during our stay we encountered a scorpion which was beyond their control but still could be maintained better, the fridge was not working, swimming pool lights are turned off at 9:30pm so that's another thing to remember if you are coming as a group

Restaurant is not available. Restrooms are not properly cleaned and pipes were leaking. Ac was draining and the liquid was draining on floor

Private for a family and very good experience. Had a good hospitality and service was good advice well

It was really a good place for the couples,calm and excellent place for peaceful holiday,Well maintained house and swimming pool,food was really very nice 👍

I had an excellent experience, and the caretaker was incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs! despite occasional power cuts, the inverter performed admirably, making it a pleasant place to stay with both friends and family. The swimming pool water was pristine, resulting in an overall fantastic stay! a big shoutout to the property owner for their efforts!

If you need a village feel then farm crest is the best choice. Food arranged by aarani was excellent all home made food especially sea food items. Worth the money and swimming pool is excellent. 7-8 members can stay comfortably but more than that should adjust. Thanks
