Room was ok but every time to remind room boy about non availablity of water in wash room.

I was looking for a hotel close to VIT Chennai. Toilet is not good. Water flow and toilets not clean and not flashing. They even dot provide water in room and tea.

Drinking water is chargeable, Breakfast and tea is not available apart from lunch n dinner. Soap and cream is not available. Staff is boring and non smiling.

Not clean aswell. Poor wifi.Bedsheet, room, no wifir Room is very worst condition. There is no water facility

Very close to the destination. I guess that was my utmost requirement. AC room, flexible on timings, nice lighting. Kept my luggage for extra time. Really thankful to the receptionist.

No uber facility in the location, far from market place, no government transport, no hotels nearby. Drinking water is not provided.

The hotel, however, seems to have a different perspective. Upon checkout, i was handed a bill for the fire incident, alleging it was caused by my activity. Astonishingly, the very actions that saved the entire hotel from potential disaster seemed to be overlooked. Consider this: had i not been awake and responsive, my daughter and i could have faced a tragic outcome, with the fire spiraling out of control and engulfing the entire hotel. This experience has left me questioning the hotel's gratitude and fairness. How can an establishment be so ungrateful for a guest's life-saving efforts? i implore potential guests to be aware of the hotel's policies and the apparent lack of recognition for guests' contributions in emergencies. It's disheartening when heroism is met with unjust billing and ingratitude. My recent stay at this hotel left much to be desired, and i feel compelled to share my experience. The lack of basic amenities like towels and soap, coupled with the absence of a restaurant on-site, created significant challenges. The reception's approach to providing even simple requests, like two cups of coffee, was far from satisfactory. Waiting for over an hour for coffee or up to 1 hour for a swiggy order made meal planning an arduous task. The dearth of nearby dining options only added to the frustration. The room's cleanliness was inconsistent, with daily cleaning routines often overlooked. Basic necessities like a clean dustbin seemed to be neglected, contributing to an unpleasant living environment. The hotel's proximity to the tamilnadu sports and physical education university was the sole reason for my stay. It's disheartening to report that the receptionist's demeanor was notably rude, adding to the overall negative experience. I'd caution prospective guests, suggesting this hotel only in emergency situations. Consider these factors before deciding to stay, and perhaps management will take note to improve these shortcomings for future visitors.

Tv is not working. Only one water bottle free. Other are chargeable. One bottle per day for two person is not sufficient.

No bucket in bathroom, no chair, frequently power cut. Overall not satisfied. With hotel booking
