Poor Stay
This hotel has require proper maintenance and repairing work. Entire hotel like just a "bhoot bangla". Room size is too small and bathroom sanatry is broken or missing on the place. Not recommended to any one.

The hotel is okay for 2 night stays, for a quick in and out but it is not well maintained. My bathroom toilet was broken, walls had leakage, the restaurant was not well kept.

The standard of this hotel has fallen. They need to upgrade themselves.
When we entered the toiletries including towels were not kept. Were trying to call the reception for the same but the reception number provided was incorrect. Tried calling on Google number but was not getting connected. Finally I had to step out myself to get the towels. Once during afternoon time someone was banging on the door and I could also hear someone trying to use the smart key but the access was denied. Was in deep sleep so couldn't respond. Tried calling the reception to complain but..... Still the same problem. Couldn't get connected to the reception. Food was bad. Not up to the mark.

Poor Stay
The Ac of the room was not at all working the room was too small . The mattress provided was very dirty . Restaurant menu was wide but around 9 the restaurant was closed even they were not ready to provide plates and spoon were asking guest to come down to collect spoons and plates.

Hotel was build nicely but lack maintenance. No exhaust in washrooms, fungus was there in most of the areas like lobby, washrooms and gallery. Food was good but lack variety/options. Service is good.

Hotel is good and well maintained but breakfast was of few choices and items were repetitive. Room was not ventilated at all. Overall room location was congested but staff was very cooperative. Staff couldn't help guests due to Limited infrastructure. Food prices are abnormally high and quantity was limited. But test was good.

I had a very disappointing stay. Even though money was charged for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the service was poor and the staff was not cooperative at all. The food and overall experience did not meet expectations. I would not recommend this property.
