water leakage issue door was stuck no network in the room. basic kit was not available service was very poor, food included in dinner was very limited, AC not working, TV automatic close and start tv screen was blur, in breakfast no juice

shower system is not good there was an hand shower needed stand also, the two single bed was joined as one bed hence it was not comfortable, room fragrance is so Damp and rotten . breakfast is Good .

Terrible Stay
I had a very disappointing stay. Even though money was charged for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the service was poor and the staff was not cooperative at all. The food and overall experience did not meet expectations. I would not recommend this property.

Rooms are okay but te TV and other surrounding must me improve it feels like alone in hotel don't ahe crowd TV should be changed and beds should be fixed bed moves and hot shower takes a time

Excellent Stay
I had a wonderful stay at the property. The location was convenient and easy to reach, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. Hotel room is not clean ... Dust everywhere and ac button where not working properly and when i ask the staff member said sir its just on and off ... Cannot ajust temperature and the breakfast..... Food is not fresh and my suggestion because its not worth it to leave here at this price

Terrible Stay
The stay was pathetic, it was highly disappointing to stay at such broken and damaged property. Sinks in the bathrooms was completely broken beds and mattress were so uncomfortable even the sheets were stinking and towels which were provided one wouldn’t even use it to wipe floors that too there was only 1 in room when we asked for another they didn’t. No toiletries were provided. I would never ever think of visiting that property again.

not worth for money as per charges. room was cleaned but poor housekeeping. no manpower. single security do all works. no towels given. not dentle kit. no handwash available. AC cooling not working properly. for bath only hot water is available. rather than room all other service given like 1000 rs. lodging. overall experience is not good.

Hotel is older than expected. We stayed for 1 night and AC was not working in our room. Curtains were not working. they had old AC controller. However Bathroom was good.

Food Had limited. Choice. Service Security was shifting luggage to Room, keeping security place empty. Security takes care of parking also. Rooms are two small. Suffocating for first few mints when you check inn. TV was not having many major channels Check out time of 11am is too early.
