Review Of Hotel Sahara Residency

My stay was very disappointing. The desk manager was extremely rude and clearly lacked basic communication and hospitality skills. The room had bed bugs and was very congested. The overall area around the hotel is also quite cramped, making the stay uncomfortable. Not recommended at all.

Have booked Deluxe room, however AC is not working, unprofessional staff behaviour, no cleanness, unsatisfied stay

Good for short stay with family or long Stacy for solo traveller. Bathroom was huge. Clean and good location.

Hotel location is really nice. Parking is safe and covered. Rooms are clean and perfumed. Overall experience was nice.

The food was good enough. The location is near the highway, easy to reach there. Facilities need to be improved. Bedsheets were dirty, not cleaned, there was a power cut in between but for minutes 5-10mins. No towels were provided. We were requested for early breakfast in 45min before the hotel time as we were about to leave the hotel for official work but they didn't accept the request. Overall it's good but it's needed to improve.

Overall experience is good . Well maintained hotel. Service also good. Parking space available.

The stay at sahara residency was worth the money paid!! Staff was nice!! Location is 20 mins from railway station!! Also there is MCd and KFc just 5mins from the hotel!! And overall the room was good!! They also have suite rooms!! The area was good and it is just opp to crime branch!! Also good place to stay if u are coming for a week or 2-3 days!! New constructions and contrusted very well!!

good clean property, very good host and staff. safe parking, sign boards are in Hindi, so you maybe confused if you can't read Hindi.
