Advertised food but closed fully location good the only fault we had was the a/c in our balcony room not getting cold

The place is very nice, with private cottage/hut and beach just behind the huts. The location is very peaceful and the beach is very silent and private. The staff was very cooperative and the owner was very helpful. Will recommend this for everyone's next trip

For a Solo traveler, The property is really good. The surroundings were peaceful and it was easy to locate The property. The staff was friendly and helpful there. The owner helped us a lot. The rooms were clean and comfortable there. Overall I will recommend this property to others.

A property with small wooden cottages close to Mandrem beach. Cleanly maintained room and owner is supportive. Minimum facilities but sound reasonable for the rent charged. Silent atmosphere and there are number of restaurants close to this property. Only lapse is there is no south Indian food close by. Less crowd in the beach and you can see more foreigners than Indians.

I stayed for 2 days in one of their huts. Their check-in game was top-notch but same cannot be said about the room. There were spider webs and dead insects in the room. The water pressure in the taps was also low but that can be forgiven because of the location. Last straw was their lukewarm response to my request to get a taxi to catch my early morning train.

It's is located at Mandrem breach 500 m. Price is also less as compare to the others restaurant. It's new constructed huts so everything is looking like nice.
