Extremely Unprofessional and Arrogant Staff – Deeply Regret Choosing This Property I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in a 1-Bedroom Apartment. During my stay, I had a couple of male visitors over for personal matters. What followed was absolutely unacceptable. The front desk staff, began harassing me with repeated phone calls to the room, claiming that my guests had to leave within 40 minutes. Despite this arbitrary time limit which was never clearly stated in any hotel policy the calls kept coming every 10 minutes, creating an unnecessarily tense and uncomfortable environment for everyone involved. My guests were shocked and even asked why I had chosen such a disrespectful and poorly managed property, especially when better alternatives are available just nearby. After my guests had left, I called to address the matter and asked him to refer to the hotel's official visitor policy. His response was shockingly arrogant and completely dismissive. Not only did he fail to provide a proper explanation, but he also refused to apologize for the way he handled the situation. This kind of behavior from staff is absolutely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. I deeply regret booking this property and ignoring the hotel I usually trust. I will not be returning and I strongly advise others to avoid this place if you expect even a basic level of professionalism and courtesy.

Nice stay at chevon brigade hotel

Hotel location is perfect - central - quck access to shopping malls, eateries, pubs and the nightlife on brigade and m. G. Road. Lots of the best restaurants to order from - online or with the zomato and swiggy apps. Rooms are cleaned daily and staff is friendly and courteous.

Super Deluxe Room

Location is awesome. Close to Brigade Road with all the shopping,pubs, food and entertainment. Still the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful with no outside noise leaking in.Food is available nearly round the clock with a variety of fodd delivery services and restaurants online. Room is clean and my super deluxe room also had complimentat tea and cofffee with an electric kettle.

It's all ok ok atmosphere not too much cleanliness and service provided rooms are good. How ever they won't allow us to pure check in due to lack of rooms available. It's all good for bachelors

Except for the location everything is bad. Workers are god but the management is horrible. Hotel itself is too pricey. Not even worth 1000 per night. It’s the worst hotel i stayed in in my life. Not at all recommended to anyone
