Hotel Gurram international

No proper service, bathroom dirty, bed dirty, no proper bathroom water service, also i am contacting to make my Trip,but no response for cancel the booking, but ur response also very poor.

They were asking if there is women they won't allow , even she is wife of ours. They behave very rudely

The Room is ok and also for food you have to walk around 5-10 minutes , also the hot water also gets in the morning at 7 am. Overall Good

Didn't Provide break fast but taken charges along with room No neat ness has been maintained No proper response

room not at all clean no got water and flush and gun not working properly and the owner is not at all professional asked to cancel after telling the complainants

The location is so isolated and it was a nightmare to stay there. It was very challenging to get cab for this location. Also no market near by. Very disappointed.

It's clean, and no disturbance, i stayed for 4 hrs during night as i wanted to start nandi hills trek early morning. When we reached hotel at 11:30pm shutter was already closed, needed to call owner, thankfully he received the call and after few minutes they opened the shutter. Room is jst fine nothing extra nothing fancy.

It was really pathetic experience, no service, old lady manages the property, she was very rude to us, and was not listening to us

Somebody was continuously ringing the door bell of the room which was beside my room at 2:00 am and 2 people were talking very loudly at midnight

No proper water flow can say not at all in the basin there were cockroaches near the basin no proper ventilation and bed was worst no glass no water

I'd already had a booking confirmed with gurram international, which was confirmed by me too over the phone with their owner ms. Saraswati before leaving mumbai. But when i reached the hotel at around 2am, i was almost denied entry on the pretext that i hadn't any pdf from make my trip showing my confirmation. Although, i did show the message of confirmation received from mmt, but it was considered invalid. I'd to persistently request the personnel present there at 2am past midnight to check with the owner about my booking confirmation, to which he very high handedly said that if the owner picks up my call firstly and thereafter approves, only then would i be allowed inside otherwise i'll have to go somewhere else. Fortunately, things went in my favour and i was allowed inside. Thereafter, when i asked for bath towels to freshen up, i was told that i would get them only in the morning by 9am. When i requested the person to at least provide the bath towels by 7:30 because i'd to attend a business meeting at 9 and would have to leave earlier, i was again told in a very condescending manner, that it would be my responsibility to remind the same guy through phone call at around 7:30 am for the same. Toilet pans were also broken. Hence, it would be rather an understatement if i said that my experience with gurram international was just bad. I don't know whether i would want to put up at the same place next time. Thanks.

I reached the room at night, while about to sleep some ants were present on the bed. Room service is pathetic

Toilets very bad, there were red ants in the bed, windows had no curtains

Very convenient to public transport because it’s just near to railway station. You can get auto buses to move. Very clean and hygienic room and toilet. Cabin is beautiful. The staffs are felt cool.

Owner not friendly, very st-rick on slight adjustment also

Room was neat, clean and tidy. Good location. Near to highway. Easy to find. Good service. Done.

Requested early check-in, informed earlier, but they denied, if we come by makemytrip they-are not even understanding not giving rooms for early check-in. Finally they have given pent house rooms(4th class rooms, no wifi, owner was rude behaviour. Don't go for this hotel. Nearby no restaurants

Its very nice hotel with under budget, people who are not cant afford much money. This is the best hotel for under budget. I truly recommended for people who can manage thier money under thier budget.

I stayed two days no body bother to change the bedroom nor room was clean for two days no facilities for even tea, for tea and meals you have to travel a lot,
