- no room service available - no house keeping staff available - steps are very high difficulty in carrying bags to second floor not suitable for family stay

The washroom is pathetic. The washbasin was outside the bathroom. A lizard was also there in the room and also in bathroom. No ac working. Food was also bad.

A very normal but new looking lodge near foothills of nandi hills (7kms. Bangalore airport. The hotel is all inclusive with nonveg restaurant, safety & secure premises. Clean & new rooms. Family friendly rooms with good mountain views! food is economical. Also, even being in an interior remote road from the main national highway, there are couple of restaurants nearby but most of them close by 8pm, unlike tribal cafe that is 24hours!

The hotel was decent for the price we paid. Room was clean and tidy. Tv was not working. Except that it is a great place to stay.

Room rates are quite high for that place.

Bed sheets werent cleaned and service was pathetic

Hotel is not good. Tv is not working and there was too much phenyl smell in the room. Bathroom was not clean and it didn't have lock also. So disappointed with the service.

Food and accommodation are very costly. Not worh for money

Wash basin should be provided and they charged more for every item more than mrp and through makemytrip it was costly only the thing is will get the advance booking for that sake makemytrip is fine. If we visit direct to hotel their charges are less. Nandi hills

But the price is little heavy. We don't need an ac room we can go with non-ac as well

We saw that the hotel was on top of the mountain and we booked that but after reaching the place and climbing all the way up we found that the hotel is at the foot of the hill. Google map, as well as MMT app, let us down regarding to that. The hotel staff was quite good. The room was well maintained and hygienic but very congested and it could be hard to stay if more than a couple of friends stay there. I personally liked the complimentary breakfast. Apart from the location blunder, it was quite alright.

The location is the biggest disappointment for me. We booked thinking of the top of the mountain view but when reached there they said the hotel is downstairs. That is quite unacceptable. The hotel is not so good for children as they do not have any particular schedule for children. Inside the room we found two cockroaches roaming around. Not a friendly bunch of people are there in the hotel. They did not even have a dedicated reception area as the billing counter for the restaurant took care of our check-in. I will suggest researching the location before departing for the hotel.

The hotel was small yet comfortable. The management was good and the staff gave quite a homely vibe. A few things bugged me during the stay. Firstly the location on Google, as well as MMT, is wrong. There was no AC in my room and the breakfast service was very unusual. Though they had a good breakfast spread but the facility was not as per choice as the guests had to select only one type of dish for breakfast. I have never seen this kind of service.

The property was a new one. There was a lack of a trained And proper team of staff. The staff they had was kind of ignorant. They did not provide any towels And on asking it repeatedly they provided one which was charged. The breakfast very normal South indian breakfast And apart from those not much option was available. The location of the hotel was quite nice. A very average stay.
