The stay was terrible. The receptionist's behavior was unprofessional, the service was poor, and the cleaning was inadequate. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and i couldn’t get proper sleep. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Room was neat and clean. But there's no provision for food, tea or coffee. Even a complimentary bottle of water was not provided. You have to go out for everything. Of course water is available on payment. This was not the kind of service i expect in a hotel i stay.

The room which we got was not of the standards seen on site. Washroom not maintained. No water bottle. And they don't have kitchen to serve food. Wen contacted the owner and receptionist they were just doing blame games. Its not at all hotel.

Short stay for entrance at jain global campus. This campus is 10km from this hotel. Hotel is centrally located with ksrtc bus stand, market, auto stands near by. Rooms are clean and well maintained for this location. Near by reliance and more super markets are also present
