Good place for relaxation. The trekking was highly good in the resort we enjoyed a lot. Had an amazing experience.

We were the only guests there during our stay. Major attractions are big swimming pool, rain dance, roop activity, bon fire, kayaking, coracle ride, indoor activities.. etc. The location is approximately 30 mins from the city. Food is good. Similar to home made food. Finally saying I was happy spending time in this place. The staff was also helpful and polite.

Boating was taken care by Swapan - We really enjoyed both Kayaking and coracle ride.

Food is excellent, service is wonderful. Piece full location but it’s a remote area. Amenities are awesome. Visiting this place with a group of people can enjoy a lot. You will not be able to get mobile networks. Inside the property you can get Wifi options

We had a bad experience with booking this resort We booked this resort by make my trip app if we had doubts about resort they said to get the information from make my trip executive if they don't know about anything why do they have to make the platform of booking this resort The staff are roughly handle the customer.if we had any doubt they answered we don't need to ask anything from them.but the food are ok and rooms are ok.

For a tent stay, unbelievable high price , No cancellation policy, despite several call to MMT and property No hep. There is a way to loot money, not this way.

Amazing and beautiful stay with lots of activities, cleanliness was the core factor to like about the resort

It was a horrible experience the resort doesn't have hospitality and they think we are the slaves of their resort. Please boycott this resort. A lot of games were not available and they were incorporative. The amount is the same which is very huge for such a small number of activities

no fridge or oven or even a hair dryer. the food or beverage served was not hot at all nor we can re heat. The no choice in food menu no tandoori items , no noodles it must be basic when it's a resort. I do not recommend this place to anyone The ATV was not maintained and they were in a bad condition. Only good thing was the staff was very sweet.

Terrible

When we checked in there was no network on the phone till we checked out. The inclusions in the package that we took confirmed to have lunch and dinner as complimentary however the receptionist denied the service so we had to go for a la carte. Whatever we order from the menu list, half of the menu is not there or not prepared by the cooks. The games and activities are old and rusted and cannot be enjoyed at all. When we asked the staff they said this is not working etc etc. We paid for one night only for our stay though the package was supposed to include everything in it. If you have plans for going to Kayaking please don't choose this resort as there is no water. The lake is dried up. The window of our cottage was broken and anyone could get in so safety was at stake. Their breakfast is average. We immediately checked out after breakfast cause of our dissatisfaction. The guy with curly hair and brown in the complexion was very rude at the reception. The staff is not very welcoming. Overall I would rate them as 0.5/5.

Need a lot of maintainance and food quality needs to improve play area should b better not worth the money they are charging per person

My family and I were sceptical about booking this resort after reading all the negative reviews but once we reached, it was way better than what we expected. Maintenance- ✅ Staff behavior- ✅ Food- ✅ Food staff- ✅ ✅ Rooms- ✅ Swimming pool maintenance- ✅ Garden areas- ✅ Overall it was a good experience! I've only got one request to the management. Please ensure that the caged animals are not always caged. Felt a little sad looking at the doggos caged :( If they are meant for the attraction, please remove. They are unnecessary :(

Great rooms and hospitality. Clean pool area and lot of fun activities can be done but with extra pay. Food was great. You can seperetly order food (meal, sides, etc. Would recommend doing so. As around 2:30 to 4:30 pm the restaurant remains closed, have some food before, if reaching around this time. No complains.
