Location is good. Outside environment is not good its like village. Rooms are clean, spacious

The property is decent for the price. It has spacious bathroom but felt it was hygienic enough to order food etc.

Property 's location is very near to the palolem beach. Other services are very bad. There is no hot water facility. In the early morning we need to take bath with cold water. Every where people smoked inside the hotel. In the afternoon, non -ac room was very hot. You even couldn't sit on the bed inside the room.

Stay was good. Receptionist was kind and good. Rooms didn't look like that in pictures, but good for that cost.

I didn't like expect too much at this price but they could have used simple white distemper paint instead of oil paint which gives irritating smell. It could've improved the overall feel of the room as well.

I was traveling solo and the hospitality was really good. I met sajan at the property who helped me with everything. Overall loved the experience. Great location. Right next to the beach.

Pros: -upgraded to sea view room with in-budget cost. -property is just a walk away from beach -sajan was very cooperative. Helped us in lot of ways. -private free open parking space inside the property. Cons: -ac was not functioning properly in both rooms. -wooden rooms structure is old and hence quite jerky. -no complementry drinking water. -way to beach from property is very dark and needs cleaning. Still, the beach and it's view is amazing. I recommend to experience it at-least once.

Property's location is towards palolem beach almost 2 mins walkable. Food facilities doesn't provide here. Safety and hygiene is too good.
