it's all about cleanliness. Before offering us the room was used by couples and the bedsheet was not changed.

Never visit the property. Unprofessional and dirty. The receptionist was super rude and the rooms were so dirty

Stay is good but staff is not supportive otherwise staying is good option for all

There is no staff 24 hours and still locking the door from the outside. I called but no one picked up.

I am giving average rating but it doesn't deserve to be in average rating. First let me begin with the safety, our hotel was on the seventh floor there was no one till the 6th floor, it was all vacant, and no one was there to escort till the 7th floor. We were scared and felt like ghost appearance. Second, non functioning of lift twice while we came during evening time due to power cut. Me and my wife and my 6 years daughter felt really scary as we had to go travel-ling till 7th floor. I heard hospitality is all about service, but support staff didn't let us feel like pure service as there was no reception on 7th floor, male staff should have shown some etiquette by accompanying us and drop till ground floor. While we were coming down during check out exit without using lift as there was no electricity. Bathroom window was broken, led me feel uncomfortable for my wife and 6 years daughter. More importantly the point is safety when you are traveling with your family.
