very bad experience.....we booked 1 room for 3 person but we get a room with 2 single bed....after check in they want to give a extra matress which would be put in the floor...so we refused.... the room is not too good compared to their high rate.... food was good but rate is very high.... behaviour of the stuffs are good.

Very near to ranchi railway station and sujata chowk is at walking distance. All market at walking distance. Very good location to stay in ranchi. Room was spacious and neat and clean. Staff and food arrange by them was delicious.

The following are the worst things of this hotel. This property is not on the road. No parking. Rooms are dirty and cockroaches are moving on bed and around the room. Walls are dirty. The behaviour of the staff is very aggressive. Ac not working. The generator is started immediately after the cut of electricity. The deluxe room size is also very small. At the booking time it shows many things but on reaching i got nothing. No bathroom sleeper, no soap & morning necessary bathroom materials are available being mm t hotel authorised partner. If you ask to arrange even on payment any kind of thing, they will not provide you stating that we don't have sufficient number of staff. The cattle and tea material available in this hotel. Fake reviews are uploaded at an online site. I will never book this hotel property in future and i will strongly recommend don't book self

Location of the hotel was in the heart of city, food, room and wash room was good. Service of the hotel staff are friendly. Wifi was available. Electronics like tv and ac was working nicely. Food was nice

First things first - the stay overall was a decent one. The rooms and washroom are of standard size. The facilities are also as expected, with the price it comes. I faced no issues during my stay there. Good to go hotel.

The room and staff were very good. The food was a bit expensive but good quality. The wi-fi coverage was very poor. The cloth holders kept falling as the adhesive was gone. It should be bolted in my opinion.

The location is good(near to ranchi station/main market rooms are small but clean price is little on the higher side.
