Hotel Churuwala Inn

I booked a room with breakfast, but they denied it in the morning saying they “ran out of groceries.” The staff was arrogant, unprofessional, and offered zero room service. This place is a complete . I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this hotel.

Worst ever experience in a hotel . Staffs were rude . Mini fridge was just kept for display and not working , when asked about it no proper reply was given . They mention themselves as a pure veg restaurant but boil egg was there in breakfast menu. No charging point was there beside bed . Washrooms were dirty . kettle was not provided initially.

There was no light in my room all the night

Room size small. Most of the time Hot water not available. Towels are of bad condition. Rooms were not ready when we arrived at 6 pm on 18 Aug. Food costly. location in market area. Staffs are good.

Room was not good even bed sheet was not so good not cleaned food was also not so good

1st room ac found not work, after a long inspection, argument room changed, drinking mineral not providing two days laundry cloth providing in same condition and never informed for the same. Poor maintenance found in bathroom of hotel room no 308 no having towel/ cloth hanger.

Staff behaviour, very bad. My checkout Time in 12 PM, but staff is not accepted. You are a 11 PM. Checkout Time. En charge 1 hour ₹470/ I pay

Considering the price, the accommodations were clean and pleasant, and the food was enjoyable. The only issue was limited food availability; otherwise, the staff was very polite.

Nice rooms, staffs are very good in behaviour, Breakfast was fantastic and balanced, Near to railway station, Bus stand a d Air port, all put together it worth for money at staying here, Thanks a lot

poor cleaning delays in the service executive room don't seem to be an executive type room.
