we stayed three nights as per hotel check timings in and check out. But you charged us for Four days, we asked hotel for it, their reply was asking the site for refund. our check in time was approx 8.00 pm DTD 16/05/2025 and check out time was 11.00 am on 19/05/2025. as per hotel check in and check out timings it is only three nights. so MMT should return one day charge. now MMT has to decide how our experience should be. Already done today morning

Room conditions are poor. Sockets are open. Toilet water was leaking. Very poor food quality and very poor eating arrangements. Electric switches are not working properly. Poor arrangement for luggage keeping. Will never stay again.

Horrible experience, first of all that hotel is infested by cockroaches, rooms are decent but there is no hot water facility. And the worst part of my stay was the hotel manager is very rude and arrogant and doesn't know that he is in the hospitality business. I stayed here for 3nights 4 days, i can say that i can make these judgements that it's not a good place to stay at all. There are many other hotels in ranchi offering similar prices.

Poor quality of food and not maintained besic hygiene. Room and bathroom was not cleaned, found dust in bed, bath room hand wash not available, bad quality of pilo, using sponz sheet with cover, used blanket cover given to customers. Lastly my booking was including breakfast but they have added breakfast bill. After discussing it was corrected.

Highly compact rooms, dirty bedsheets and blanket. Below avg pillows, bathroom exhaust fan was not working. 21 inch tv was too small. Saw in one room 2 couples were allowed. Hotel reception staff was having attitude issues. But canteen staff were responsive. Thanks for providing jain food. Highly priced 2300 for amenities given
