Hotel Basera

The bedsheets and blankets were not tidy. When asked to change, they mentioned all the sheets will be like that because people tend to eat on the bed.

Tv not working, taps are broken in the bathroom, got hot water after repeated request that to after 1 hr, floors are not moped on a regular basis, hairs are visible all over the floor, blanket cover are not washed may be for year long, damp are found on the wall. Expecting some action from make my trip. Though i know nothing will happen. I have paid more than 2000 rs, is this what i should expect in return. Expecting my money back, or some action against basera hotel mgt. What is the use of taking insurance ?

It was a great experience to stay here. I was really satisfied and a pleasure to get hostility over there.

All staff good, clean good, food good.

Service is excellent. But room needs some renovation.

Rooms are not good as its staff. Staff's behaviour are so good and polite. But the condition of the rooms was average.

Hotel should arrange parking area and rooms are very congested.
