Towel was not properly cleaned. Room was not cleaned on my second day of stay. Food option was very limited and very late service. Food and Tea was not good at all as per the rate charged. No hand wash available. No regular water available in the jar lying on the table upon my entry in the room. No geyser facility available. No glasses/plate available to eat (had to request to the reception for the same) Used plates and glasses was not cleared on next day of my stay. Really a bad experience

Very poor maintenance and the room didn't have good look

room was not 150sqft. too much power cut at nights, you will hear too much vehicle noise. room was clean and decent

In our 2days stay, the room provided was not good.. we continued to aak them to change our room but they changed the room on the second day evening after complaining to makemytrip..

There are no restaurants that have to take food from outside, bad behavior. I want a doormat on the first day, till the last day they didn't give me one. The location is good the bed sheets are too dirty. I can say the sserviceis too low level The worst experience I've ever had in my life

This was my second time staying in this hotel and I loved it …everything was too good about this hotel… food was also delicious and staff members were also nice . They have maintained a good level of cleanliness and hygiene..The service was fantastic… they dose not take much time to served…. This place make me live easier in ranchi with all the basic providence… i will loved to book this hotel for my further stays.

Horrible Experience- Electrical Appliances don't work. Even after repeated calling no one came to attend. Geyser Hot Water isn't available. Extremely delayed Food Delivery. The overall stay experience is absolutely pathetic. I'll never stay in this Hotel.

It was not good. Frequent power cut was there, due to this AC was not working every time. In between, water came inside the room, floor was filled with water. 2 nos light was not working. Tv channels were not comming. Staff behavior was good. After complaining, they resolved the water issue.

Hotel doesn't has lift..rooms start from first floor and generally bookings are made for second or third floor hence a problem for elderly. Staircase requires better illumination

TV not working, Fan Regulator not working, AC not working. No hand wash. Poor mattress. Poor Room Stinking all around. Stinking toilet. No geyser. I am fooled by MMT into this. No room service. No kitchen in the hotel. No food. Nothing. Fooled into believing MMT will deliver.

It was a decent stay with average room and bathroom, OK for a budget stay. The hotel is located in the center of the city so traveling anywhere from here is easy. No complimentary mineral water is provided, so you won't find any water till you call and order for it. The restaurant is located in their nearby hotel just few meters away belonging to the same owner. So for dine in you have to go there. The room menu is very small not suited for a solo traveller, so I went to the restaurant however I was surprised to find the same small menu for dine in too. However if you order through Zomato, then there are lot of options, including combo meals. One very good plus was their sweet shop on the ground floor of the hotel, where we can get good snacks and sweets.

Room was clean , staff was polite and supportive. Overall stay was quite impressive in budget price
