Not clean bedsheet bed not washing bathroom not clean water issue all worst room

The room was okay okay but bathroom was in very bad condition, it was very dirty and jet was broken. Not provided any soap for bath overall not worth 1400 for that room

There is no ameneties mentioned in the name of complimentary breakfast they just give a paratha no dental kit nothing

Room was too little. Tv was damege. Hotel surrounding place was dirty. But stuff was good. It was an average experience.

The hotel is close to station. The road was very dirty with sewage water overflowing. The hotel toilet was very dirty, with guthkha stains in wash basin and yellow stains in the floor. The bucket was slimy to touch which indicates very hard water and not cleaned. We requested for a room change. The manager changed the room. The new room was better than the previous but still there were stains in the toilet floor. One of the blanket had yellow and red stains, which is the worst part. Clearly it was not washed. We used another blanket which was better. No toiletries were provided. In the morning we asked front desk for soap, shampoo and body wash. Then they provided only soap and no shampoo or body wash. Overall it was a very bad experience. Only positive point is that the manager accepted that the room was dirty and he understood that we were not happy.

It was honestly one of my worst experiences. the room was unclean and smelly, the moment I entered the bathroom I felt like puking. also it was a twin bed instead of a double bed and I was travelling with my husband so it was uncomfortable. when I asked them to change the room they said that won't be possible. ultimately we decided it was impossible for us to spend the night there so we booked another hotel nearby. our money completely went to waste. in fact when we were checking out and had already booked a different hotel then they offered to change our room .but that was useless then. never visit this place.

The stay was horrible. Room and bathroom was unclean and smelly. They provided twin beds instead of a double bed even though i was travel-ling with my husband. They refused to change our rooms. We had to let our money go to waste and change our hotel since we couldn't spend the night in such conditions

The hotel had no sunlight. No place to keep all our belongings. The room was so dirty and stinky and there was a lot of hair and dust in our bed.

Non AC Rooms are okay , justified with the price. Staff behaviour was also good. But rooms were not cleaned.

the hotel service was too bad. they gave tea in a dirty cup and plate.. if you order from something from this hotel you take it after 1-1½ hours.. when current came they didn't switch on ac.. we had to call them at 5 am or like that time to on. please avoid this hotel.

Eve-thing is fine, location, food outside, water, cleaning, environment, hospitality great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

A very bad experience in life with no faculty in room like sleepers not available, dental kit not available, shaving kit not available, tea and water bottle not available.

Not up to the mark, no towel, no spoon and very bad service, intercom telephone is not working, room is too small

We booked the room and we wait and they took us to another hotel which was fine but it's so disrespect towards its coustom

Room was not little bit clean, rooms are very congested. Geasure was not worked, no towel, no soap. There was no parking inside, but shared the facilty as inside parking. Not recommend to stay there.

Room was dirty. Bed sheet was not clean. Overall average experience. Location of hotel is nice.

The hotel is located within 5 minutes walking distance from ranchi railway station. Manager and other staffs specially amit is really cooperative. Room was good but flush of the commode was not working. Since it was just one night stay during transit, we overlooked the issue. They have no own restaurant but they serve from nearest food joint and foods are really good.

Good experience. Staff r also friendly. The hotel is very good for couple as well as family and room is also good.

Front desk haven't received booking confirmation, room is not cleaned, washroom is not good, tv also broked, bed sheet and duvets are not clean and towels and pillow covers not cleaned very poor quality this hotel. This hotel mention that visitors allowed but they are not allowed okay
