soloStaying in yuvraj hotel was a luxury once upon a time. But staying now i can’t believe they the worst property of ranchi. I stayed all alone in the hotel. Staff was cooperative but the owner has neglected this property. No safety no wi-fi my suggestion stay away from this property

This is the worst hotel we have stayed in. Not even one thing was good about the hotel. From the point of checking in till check out our experience was abysmal. Broken ac, frequent power cuts, very bad breakfast, unhygienic bathrooms and rooms, dirty towels and bedsheets. Everything was out of place. Room service guy asking for money every time some thing is said to him. Worst stay thay i have endured in my lifetime. Paid 4000 for this room, whereas the actual amount should be less than 500. I request mm t to refund me my money for this particular stay to restore my trust on them. Asking for a refund is the only thing i can do. Hope justice is served
