The category in which room was booked was not available so I’m they have room in a Lower category. Room even had seepage marks. Since it was non refundable booking , had no Choice other than to accept room which they gave. Had raised concern to MMT customer care over call , and they also tried to convince me rather than understanding my concern. Understand they have only 6 room of the category which i had booked and all of them were filled.

Service is too slow & unprofessional. ordered snacks , took more than 30 mts. inform to give wake up call at 6am. Got it 6.40 am. Breakfast time is 8am , too late.

The location is convenient and on the main road , Airport Road is very near and that is very good for a morning walk of around 30 to 40 minutes, Various food joints are nearby, for a change of taste! Rooms are comfortable, and overall a nice place for stay!!
