Hotel Pratap Grand

Nice specious room, xl size bathrooms, all nicely cleaned. But, this property has no varandah, and they provide geyser power for a limited time & they take much time to turn on inverter during power- cut.

The room was not in good condition there was a strong unpleasant smell, and the bedsheets and pillows also had a bad odor. Additionally, the bathroom tap was not functioning properly, and the intercom phone was not working.

Staff behaviour is too bad

It was the worst staying decision of mine in this hotel. Too poor quality products like smelly pillows and bedsheets cover. The rooms are too dirty and there is no cleaning. Don't go for this hotel. Totally waste of money

I had a worst experience over there washroom was not good and shower wasn't working properly and the blanket was smelling very bad

location is good as near to Railway Station, I took a single room overall was average.CleanIinees need to be taken care, Toilet fittings, Geysers not working, TV remote was not available in room etc.

Room was neat and clean. Staffs were co operative helpfull. But room size was very small. Overall experience was good

Room without any ventilation for a Non AC accommodation. Cleanliness poor Hot water not available. Linen not clean

Good for short stay and business travel looking for economical price. Location is just walking distance from Railway station to Hotel.

The window opened at garbage. No air circulation and room was suffocating at night. Moreover the hotel charged more

helpful staff, some facilities not working properly or completely absent (tv not working on arrival, ac getting hot in a bit, sink tap not working, bidet in bathroom either not present or absent), unclear terms on how food is charged, but, on mention, they did respond promptly, clean rooms and no bad smells or any noticeable mentions of any guests staying before, and relatively cheaper than other hotels and close to railway station and in a quieter alley, so no honking from main road. although rooms are not sound proof, from inside or outside. In short, worth it for the money, 3/5.

Rooms were not clean, geyser was not working in one of the rooms. Comod seat was broken. Pretty much unhygienic. Not suitable for family.

Toilet cleaner is poor they did not want on line, they wanted to get directly payment and they increased amount of booking.

Despite of giving extra charges for breakfast i was not provided breakfast and even there was no mineral water

Location good. Service poor. No kitchen they take food from outside stalls. No complementary breakfast served on 2nd day. Pathetic stay ever in ranchi

Thik hi tha but utna bhi thik nahi tha, deluxe room ke nam pe chota room provide ki gaya tha, tv ka connection bhi kam nahi kr rah a tha. Bs paisa payment ho chuka tha to rhna pada.

very bad at this price. no room service. not at all hygienic.found it worst.. I dint expect such property in mmt really sad
