Zero Mile Resort By Wedlock Greens

Zero Mile welcomes guests with lush green gardens, trees and flowers. The staff greeted us with welcome drinks and guided us to our rooms as per our desire. The rooms were clean and A/C was switched on 5 minutes before we enter so we do not have to face the heat in this summer. Zero Mile maintains the ambience of natural habitat with their variety of trees and plants everywhere. Food and service is great! Swimming pool needs better cleaning but we enjoyed the pool thoroughly. For Staycation with family or friends, Zero Mile is highly recommended.

It was neat and clean. Food was very good. During our stay tv and intercom did not work due to some external reasons. Staff behaviour was very good but there was shortage of staff which caused delay in service. My overall experience was ‘ very good’

Our allotted rooms were given to some government officers and family who had come last minute. Consequently we had been given very shabby rooms which were small and ill maintained. Geyser was not functioning in one of the rooms and linen and towels were dirty. The food served during the first two meals barring breakfast was horrible.

Rooms are excellent. Food is very very good. Room service is a bit slow, but the behavior of the staff is very much cordial and courteous. The location of the hotel is very convenient and we had no trouble reaching the hotel by car from kolkata. Overall experience of stay at zero mile resort is great.

Location was not good. Service was very poor. Food was too spicy. I was allotted room numbers- 003, 102 & 104. Room number 104 was a small one. I doubt whether room number 104 is a deluxe safari room.
