Nice hotel but need some improvement

Terrible Hotel which runs call girl service in
hotel is fully fake. Hotel runs escort service in back-end and don't provide rooms when we will go for check in and when we ask for refund then they call touts and will hit our families with sharp objects which is harmful to our lives.

Room is not clean and not good hospitality
Not good hospitality , room are not yet clean , staff behaviour not good and bad smell in room , i am book room including breakfast but staff not provide me

There was a smell of furniture in the room, and the bedsheet was torn. The TV was completely outdated. Overall, the hotel wasn't very enjoyable. thanks

No water bottle was provided in the room. We asked for the water, unsealed bottle was provided, then we asked for sealed water bottle. Random local brand was provided

lift problem not working, water bottle not provided, ac remote not working properly breakfast is not good

Fine location.
familyLocation was good, close to ab road highway. Other amenities were fine. Not too good, not too bad. Room had stale kind of smell.

The room was not as great as displayed in the photos. It seems this property was earlier associated with OYO, and the quality reflected that. We stayed on the second floor, and unfortunately, the entire floor had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was quite unpleasant. Overall, I would rate this hotel as average. Improvements in cleanliness and upkeep are needed to match the expectations set by the photos.
