Frankly i was pretty surprised to get the treatment i'd say i have got. It looks like a premium property but when you arrive there, all the common areas are close to being called dirty. The breakfast option included in the room, it has only one option. So if they are making poori subzi, it's only that. You can ask for eggs and bread etc but imagine for vegetarian, take it or leave it. Had multiple gaps for my kid and they kept on serving food with spices when i clearly requested that he doesn't eat spice at all. Moreover it's the way they'll deal with you. It seems they are doing a favor. Another incident that was to my shock was that the caretaker came out of the blue and told me to mind my son as rest of the rooms are occupied. I asked him what happened and he said no just in case. I was like, he is here since yesterday, he hasn't made any noise, nor has he troubled anyone and you have the guts to caution me for no reason. Bina baat ke tok rah e hain! i was furious! how dare he, that too in front of my kid. We did have other challenges at the check out but i am steering clear of not mentioning them as it was there right to reject a late checkout. However since our train was around evening, we decided to have lunch there itself which they knew. I told them to take order and the owner blatantly said no. In that split moment i was so disgusted that it must have reflected in my response. Very firmly i said what do you mean no! he realized and immediately said what will you have. Why create an unnecessary situation for no reason. Overall experience and moreover what you expect from a premium property was not even close. It was supposed to be a special trip as all of us cousins travel-led together for the first time. Completely ruined by the stay we chose. I am usually not critical of a place, they pushed me so much!

it took us a few days to respond to your much expected review of our “homestay” given that you repeatedly threatened us to review us badly if we did not concede to your demands even if it was at the cost of the comfort of our other guests or property sops. We were extremely busy with full occupancy and entertaining our amazing guests, which unfortunately you were not. We cannot extend our check out timings no matter the threats (and very rude behaviour) because we need the time between check ins and check outs to prepare rooms for our other guests (without compromising our sops) something which you refused to understand !
ordering a meal one hour before lunch time is something we cannot accommodate, again no matter the threats and very rude behaviour because we cannot rush the preparations of our meals and our designated staff needs an advance notice to allow him to prepare meals properly. Breakfasts on our property are complimentary and we do let our guests know what we will be serving. They have been rated as best / delicious but you are allowed your opinion, sorry that you did not enjoy the pre planned and communicated meal (yet you repeatedly ordered other meals)
separate meals with low spice levels were accommodated for the children, even if they were demanded last minute. The caretaker at the property “requested” you to please consider the noise levels at the property as other guests (who by the way left us a lovely review and complied with property rules) complained about the noise coming from your rooms. We suggested that you find another
property(perhaps one where you could book an entire house, with 24/7 services, with no regard for other people or staff) but you chose to stay and make it a rather unpleasant experience for us. Last but not the least, just because you paid to stay at our home does not mean you own us or treat us or our staff in an undignified manner, disrespecting our space, our rules and comfort of other guests.
