Great location. New property but already it is soiled. Need good maintenance. Staff are good. But room cleaning needs to be improved. Insect nets needed on balcony

It's in center of pondy so many places u can visit nearby. U can feel like your home good security and safety

A good cozy stay
The place was located in The prime area making it very easily accessible and delivery for swiggy Zomato was easy. The hotel people were polite and overall a good Weekend gateway. But The parking space is very congested making it very difficult to Park The car

Excellent Stay

Average
Hotel is clean and neat, room is very small, no cupboard to keep things, only tv and ac. They did not provide us breakfast as we checked out early.

Stay with family
We choose the family suite rooms with two bedrooms apartment. The rooms is quite spacious and road view. Kitchen have basic utensils and balcony has nice breeze. Complimentary breakfast where decent limited South Indian food. Good enough for one plate for one. Room where neat and clean. The service was good. Staffs are polite and friendly. Basement car parking is there. The manager guide us to reach the local landmark and sight seeing places to see in Pondicherry. Worth every penny. Overall very comfortable stay and recommend to stay with family.

Base Inn Pondy review
soloThe hotel is very far from MG road which is mentioned in the address, its nearly Tamilnadu border. Hotel staffs are very strict in check inn and check out timings, not flexible even though we checked in the late evening. Room service is not good, we asked for the iron box they told one of the guests have taken it and not returned. So there is no iron box. Asked for sugar, not given Overall hotel ambiance is good but not the staff and services.

Excellent room and service
We've stayed in many service apartments outside India and this was a good or even better. We'll maintain, receptive staff. The Manager Gopal was so helpful as we'd gone with a baby and never said no to anything even though there is no restaurant. We enjoyed our time. Will definitely recommend it to our friends.

Good value. Can improve furniture
Took The executive room. Medium size room with very good ac, bed, geyser and bathroom fixtures. Very good service. Very good ambience. Lots of common area and surrounded by trees Only problem was lack of furniture. Only one small table was provided, no cupboard, no bedside drawers. Difficult to keep clothes, other material, difficult to write or place laptop. The bathroom sink lacks mirror which made shaving difficult.

Good Stay
businessExcellent experience. I was a Solo traveller. Stayed just The night. Room and bathroom were good. There were no wardrobes to hang clothes. That was The only downside. I stayed in an executive room. Overall experience good

Worst!
There was no foot mat anywhere in the room, not clean, The parking space is very clumsy. Not worth the money. The breakfast is served in the room as a mini tiffin thali which had become very cold and luck. No tea or coffee too. Don't go here!

Clean hotel. Rooms are in a flat. Breakfast should have North indian cuisine as well. Friendly staff
