Excellent Stay
Rani Residency has a good ambiance and a comfortable stay for its guests. It has ample car parking and is easily approachable to all major tourist locations in Pondicherry. Rooms and bedsheets were clean and were replaced each day. All the amenities, such as AC, fan, and geyser, were fully operational.

totally I loved staying in this rani resendency and room service was too good and their maintenance also too good and we have parking for our vehicles to park.

Good Budgeted Hotel
Good hotel with clean specious room, if you are looking for a budget hotel with all basic facilities then this is a very good option. This is just besides the high way when you enter to Puducherry. There is ample parking space in front, Restrurent facility is not there though you can order any food from ZOMATO or Swiggy , overall we had a good stay, everything was OK.

Tv WiFi not working not responding staff the not in auroville it’s outer 15 kilometres from Pondicherry

We clearly mentioned that our property is located within the Auroville taluka itself, although it's about 4km from central Pondicherry. Many guests enjoy the calm and nature-focused surroundings, but we understand that expectations can vary. Anyhow sorry for the inconvenience and we assure that it will not happen in future.

There were lizards in the room. When we asked th manager to change th room, he said they are everywhete.

Good choice.
Rani residency is worth for the money you spend. Good receptionist. They provide you with all the basic amenities. Ample parking space. Very near to the highway. Small playing area for kids.

Even though the hotel was on main road, google map was showing wrong interior location!! not sure why!! Even after owner shared current location, I faced the same issue.

Budget friendly good property for family & couples
We stayed in 1st floor room was very neat and clean, ac, tv everything looks brand new, toilet also maintained very clean with 24hrs hot water, toiletries provide we booked with complimentary breakfast in mmt, breakfast also good & enough quantity with good packing, this property has more parking space & 24hrs power backup service also good, overall stay was good.

Worth for money.. go for it..
I booked a suite room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The room is neat and clean, it was the same as shown in the picture. Parking facility available. it's away from the city, so very peaceful and quiet. Good one for family stay 😊

Terrible Stay
no power, no ac, you didn't show not ac on booking time, no power, no tv or no airflow, very bad experience.... hate 💯%, asking 250/- for non working ac, ac was on only four hours

Good nice place if you have vehicle it's best stay, good parking space, no traffic sound, calm atmosphere, good service food you can order from swiggy, zomatoo etc

Average stay
It is away from the city center. Google map location is not accurate for this hotel. This hotel is not directly accessible from the main road. Location wise bad choice. Hotel room is good. Breakfast was good.
