NOT VALUE FOR MONEY. WE BOOKED ROOM WITH FREE BREAKFAST AND THE BREAKFAST WASN'T THAT GOOD AND ALSO YOU WERE ALLOWED TO EAT AT BEDROOM ONLY. THE SWIMMING POOL WAS NICE. ROOMS ARE AVERAGE BUT VERY OVERPRICED.

The hotel was conveniently located near the beach. Things went smooth and I could rent a bike from them

Location was good as per my requirements. The Room was good but didn't have all the amenities mentioned in t Hairdryer was not there in the room. washroom was very small and damaged in some portions. otherwise good. breakfast was tasty. not serve the Hi Tea , although snacks were there in the room.

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at the property. Everything was well-maintained and perfect. The management team was supportive and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The swimming pool water was noticeably better than at many other resorts. The entire atmosphere had a great vibe, making it a wonderful place to relax. I highly recommend visiting this property to enjoy a memorable vacation.

Hotel is good in all aspects, food provided is good , Swimming pool is neat and clean, staff are friendly and nice, Hotel located at nice palace so that we can reach all the locations in Pondy , over all a good stay

Everything was good. No issues. Except the power was down due to heavy rain and a noisy neighbour.

Bathroom window door broken.. no cleanliness... Not neat as used... Water glasses are not clean.. seems dusty...

Good location easily accessible to all tourist places beside chennai to Pondicherry highway. Rooms are neat and clean they provide complementary dental kit.

Le Holiday Inn near the beach in Pondicherry exceeded my expectations! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is delicious, especially the seafood. The pool area is a great spot to unwind. Highly recommended!

My experience at this hotel was significantly disappointing and differed greatly from the expectations set during booking. Firstly, the location was misrepresented. , the hotel is actually situated on a remote highway, far from Auroville's main town and any local amenities. This isolated location lacks access to restaurants and markets. Secondly, the hotel's imagery is misleading. The photos suggest a wide, accessible road, but in reality, the hotel is located down a narrow, unpaved, and muddy lane. Thirdly, the hotel appears understaffed and poorly managed. The reception area is frequently unlit, creating an unsettling atmosphere. Room service is non-existent, and there is a lack of readily available staff to address guest concerns. This leaves guests with limited recourse in case of room issues. Fourthly, the room cleanliness was unacceptable for the price point The room and bathroom were visibly dirty, with significant sand accumulation that had not been properly cleaned. The absence of a foot mat compounded this issue, resulting in sand being tracked onto the bed. Finally, the room size was drastically undersized, particularly considering it was advertised as a 'Heritage Triple Bed.' It was far smaller than expected, barely accommodating two people, let alone three. The space was insufficient for luggage, with even small bags severely restricting movement. The room felt significantly less than 100 square feet. Overall, the hotel's substandard conditions resulted in a feeling of being misled and deceived.

Good ambience, had a good stay. Charges reasonably good. But only negative is that they don’t have helpline extension installed for calling the reception desk esp for housekeeping, No wall mounted hangers to hang clothes too

We booked a room for four people, but they gave us a dormitory that could accommodate 15 people. There are six beds in total in that room, for such a large room.The bathroom is four feet by two feet. How will all those people bathe and change clothes after bathing? It was a very bad experience for us. If you tell the hotel manager about this, you will be the one who will tell us. Book it, ask where you booked, they didn't give a proper answer. A very bad experience. When you book, they say no refund.So they feel comfortable and have a feeling that they will stay no matter what room they are given.

The location of the hotel is 6to 7 km away from Pondicherry. Aminities are average but hotel is clean. No food facility available in the hotel you have to order from outside only. Arrenge or rent personal vehicle for touring purpose because local transport like bus stop is not available outside hotel. The hotel is outskirts of pondicherry,so you can enjoy a peaceful vibe and Auro beach is around 1 km away. Lastly staff behavior is good. Enjoy your trip guy's 😉

This place off the main road. The rooms are terribly small. The double and triple sharing ones. They are infested with mosquitoes and there are lizards in as well. The bathroom is even worse. You cannot change your clothes in there or stay in for too long to get ready. Do not expect this to be 3 or 4 star accommodation. The only good thing about this place is that it has a swimming pool. But we read a flyer at the entrance that said guests can use the pool freely for up to an hour, after that it’s rs 100 per extra hour. You cannot order tea or coffee or even food as they have no kitchen. You cannot only pre-order breakfast. We found the mosquitoes, lizards, the stuffiness, and lack of any amenities other than the pool, completely unmanageable. We checked-in and checked out immediately. The hotel refused to refund our money despite the horrifying experience we had. So treat this as a cautionary tale and save yourself the money. Book yourself a room at a reputed hotel or an airbnb.

Best in class hospitality and completely amazed by room size & bed quality we even got a gift hamper after leaving property
