The hotel is not for family. Other rooms were occupied by local people. Ac not working properly, no parking for car

It was a short business **** family visit with my son to dhanbad with work in koyla bhawan ! this was the only decent staying facility nearest to the place/ area which is owned by bccl.

The hotel was good and newly built but i think it is not meant for routine booking. They don't have room heater during this winter season and also most of the things are given only when demanded

Overall satisfaction with their stay. Quality of service from staff. Cleanliness of the hotel and its amenities. Comfort of the room. Ease of check-in and check-out. Value for money.
