We are one and only hotel in dhanbad who provides pure organic food and A2 milk products of Gir cow which we have our own for farming. So, sir kindly confirm ur statement before false defaming someone
Little dissapointing
groupSafe for ladies but service point of view they should be more careful. While entering they didn't provide water in the room.

3. There huge problem of electricity ac is not properly working no remote for ac, geyser also not properly working, room and bed not cleaned every day. No water no glasses in the room, foods are average, no toilet kits in the toilet, even no intercom in the room. It should not be delux room service.

It does not have basic facilities.
Rooms are very small. Parking congested, only for one vehicle. Complimentary breakfast was limited to only two parathas per person. No mirror in the room, it was only in the bathroom. Horrible stay. It is more like a guest house serving things from home. Lack of professionalism.

1. Room condition was not good, lot of patches are there on wall. 2. Shower was not working. 3. TV was also not working 4. Telephone services was not available. 5. Receptionist is not present there at reception all the time. 6. Very bad experience ever I had 😞
