It's an average hotel for solo travellers. not for family I would say. I stayed for 1 day & night. Cleanliness is a problem. Room services are just ok. I had to ask them to change the bed sheet and pillow cover. It was dirty. At least they changed it after my request. The room was not clean, quite dirty. You have to ask them for everything, they won't do anything by default. Food was good. location just behind their premium SRH hotel. Overall, I recommend its only ok for a single/twice day stay exclusively for male bachelors. Not for family.

Hotel maintenance is very poor. The room's quality is not as per tariff. Hotel ambience and services are also very poor

The property is located in an extremely crowded area with very narrow streets, making access highly inconvenient. The facilities are extremely limited, and the overall experience was terrible. The bed sheets were filthy and appeared to be in a trashed condition, which is completely unacceptable.

Good location near by station food also good service upto the mark our all good experience can try if u come to dhanbad jharkhand

During my frequent travel-ling i choose this hotel because it is located at nearby in railway station and easily catch share auto. Staff members are really good.

Its just good, but the surroundings of the hotel is not clean, so when we are coming outside of hotel, we are feeling uncomfortable

I had a short stay here. Food is good, location is good, 5 min walking from railway station. Towel, pillow, blanket and bedsheet are not clean.

Booked this hote all hotels provide breakfast but this hotel has charges for the same. Even if you reach prior to check in time, most of the hotels arrange your rooms, but this hotel has charged 25% of the booking amount if you reach before the check in or you should wait at reception till check in time. very pathetic services over here.

Hotel was neat and clean and hospitality and good was also good. It is a good option for stay in dhanbad at reasonable price.

Location of this hotel is very good. It is near to the dhanbad railway station. Lift is available. Communication is good, toto is available. Food is available in the hotel but expensive. Nearby dhaba is available.

Good hotel for the price paid. The staff were attentive and polite. In house restaurant food was good. But the hotel lacked maintenance. The ac remote did not work. The washbasin tap was bent but did work. On power cut they were punctual in starting generator but it could not take ac load. The linen had slight stains. And the locality was crowded and very dirty. Another advantage is that the railway station is in walking distance of 500 m. Overall a good hotel with good staff

I felt comfortable in this rest house, food is average, area is not good, but rate of charge is low comparetivly other lodged

1. The room was pathetic. Smelly. Location was pathetic. It wasnt deluxe room. Standard room. No tissues in toilet. Room walls were patchy

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting in dhanbad. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most.

I have to change three rooms because of room issues, in 1st room only hot water coming in wash basin, in second room toilet flush was not working and in third room leakage in wash basin pipe. Room service was good. Hotel location was good, it's very near to dhanbad railway station.

Rooms are spacious neat and clean. Approach road is a dark street at night food is good at reasonable price lift is too small and very old
