Very good stay in budget , location ,room facilities all are good , quite well maintained and clean . Overall on a 1-5 scale (5 being highest) Room 4.5 Facilities 3.5 Location 4 Cleanliness 4 Due to ongoing renovations kitchen and some other facilities were off.

Location and room service was good. Staff are very helpful. My husband got attack of foodposion and his condition was serious. One of the staff stayed with me overnight, made ors so many time, called a doctor and bought medicine even gave me a cup of tea and told you will be feel good mam. I felt as my son was helping me. Supportive staff make the hotel special.

In each Room the experience is very bad. 1. AC was not working. After a lot of time then it started working very slowly. 2. From one room there is bad smell. As soon as we informed, They shifted us to another room which is not a 3 bedroom. 3. Guiser was not working. Each time need to call the service boy to check the issue. 4. In 2 rooms fans speed were very less. It was suffocating.

First fall i just wanted to say that like i face so many problems there. 1. Toilet flush not working. 2. Yesterday night their is a short circuit that happened multiple times in that case once the power came back light and fan on automatically but ac is not on due to mcb trip once the power finally came back i called in reception multiple times no one answered the call my self go in coridor and on the ac mcb. 3. Last but not the list this morning i have to check out but in the morning there is no water available they provide me one bucket of water. For teeth cleaning for bath and for cleaning others things. Thanks. No water on tap. Cleaning in ok
