good experience and staff behavior is too good. cleanness of room and hotel atmosphere is too good I want to come every time in this hotel to stay

Service is not good, the intercom was not there. Room service was not good. A room service person demands money from every service.

The hotel was so horrible that i couldn’t actually stay. I am surprised that you even didn’t register that. Your executive mr. Gurung was briefed about this sorry experience but i am surprised to note this horrible experience isn’t even registered at your end

Very terrible stay ac not working lift not working they are charging like a 3 star category room but the amenities was pathetic

Worst service ever had. Bathroom flash not working and mattress is smelling. And towel also they not cleaned. And they are charging lots of money.

As per charge hospitality facility is not up to the mark, water flow use, fan sound issue, hospitality is very poor

Very bad hotel no staff is there only owner was there and he is very bad in behaviour. Even i slept without having dinner due to no staff is there for room service, room was dirty and no towel provided by hotel and also soap. So i would request pls don't recommend this hotel for anyone.
