Nice infrastructure with good amenities , Genuine and affordable .Rooms are big and ambious,Washrooms are near and clean.Nees to work on room service rest all ok.

The hotel location is okay and the check-in was smooth however the basic amenities were missing like lotion, bodywash and sampoo and service was little off/delayed. Options were very less in breakfast as per the hotel charges but was okay.

The hotel was good, value for money. The restaurant was good and the rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. The approach road and facade of the hotel may not attract people looking for it, but for business travellers it's the comfortable night stay after a tiring day is what matters.

Hotel location is good. In Dhanbad, there is always a problem of parking space, but hotel provides ample space. Pros - Good location, Good food, House keeping is good, Very neat and clean. Con- Expensive food, Arrogant front desk employees.

Guests complained about the poor hygiene and the quality of breakfast was poor. The utilities were not given properly. The bedsheets were dirty and even after changing it, it remained dirty.

Hotel Coal Capital I recently had a very brief stay at Hotel Coal Capital, checking in for just about 7.5 hours for a single night. Despite the short duration, I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the room – it was immaculate. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, providing a comfortable environment. As my stay was so short, I didn't have the opportunity to sample any food from the hotel. However, I found the hotel staff to be very cooperative and helpful. Overall, for a quick and comfortable overnight stay, Hotel Coal Capital certainly met my expectations.
