Pungent smell in the room , there is no dining facility, in the name of hygeine they give paper plates to eat with no dining area well defined

Manager and Staff were really good. Hotel room was clean and tidy. Food is friendly.

for which we will take legal action against you, neither was the jet in the washroom working properly, nor was the room given on the 2nd floor, nor was there lift facility in that hotel, the restaurant was not running , hotel under construction tha and I had to face many kinds of inconveniences.

The hospitality and staff were exceptionally excellent. If you are visiting Deoghar, I highly recommend making a stop.

Good location near to Shivganga.Staffs are very cordial and helpful. New Hotel cleanliness of room is well maintained.

Excellent location for hotel-800 meters south to hotel is baba baidynath temple and 500 meters north of hotel is bypass( state highway. Hotel is located between two sacred ashram ( beam beam baba ashram and rudra ashram ( hanskup) full of greenery around hotel. Hotels rooms are very well done to call it a morden rooms they also have family rooms as well. Food was good and staff caring

It was an overall good experience.Neat and clean bathroom,well maintained room with modern amenities and decor.It has close proximity to the Baba Baidyanath dham temple. Devotees can walk or can board a battery auto to reach the temple.Only Veg food is served in their menu.Food quality and quantity was good.

The hotel mentioned says it is a 4* hotel, which mmt is also showing on the website. only thing I can say for this hotel is that it is a lodge cum banquet hall and for sure not a 4* hotel. The room was ok ok as one expects when they book a banquet hall for marriages. so when anyone book it please be prepared for this.

Nice and decent hotel. They are simple in approach yet exceptionally good. Our stay at the hotel was cool, no complaints inf-act lot of praise for their customer service, food. Special emphasis to cleanliness and hygiene. Hotel uses disposal cutleries, which seems to be expansive for the hotel they insist on disposable/green cutleries only. Staffs are extremely polite and to the point.

Very comfortable and satisfying stay. Extremely neat and clean property. Location is just perfect in terms of closeness to temple( which is just 800 meters from hotel) and deoghar market. Rooms are spacious and very well furnished with all amenities( like ac, tv, free wifi, geyser and rooms service. Staffs are very polite and they seemed to be very experienced seems to have know their job. I recommend this hotel to my family and friends

We had truly spiritually and awesome stay at hotel golden continental. This hotel is walk a away from baidyanath temple and at the same time surrounded by two ashram's greenery. Rooms and all the amenities like ac, tv, free wifi, hot kettle, toiletries, fresh towels were provided. Food was tasty and freshly prepared. Hotel staffs were were cooperative and help full

The woman who sits at the reception is absolutely pathetic. Extremely rude and arrogant. The hotel provides no service at all. And the food that they serve was stale, tasteless and extremely poor quality and didn’t allowed us to bring outside food too. I genuinely request others to NOT book your stay based on the room pics, everything here will spoil your ritual trip.

staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. the rooms were spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. overall, a great stay with excellent service. highly recommend!

This hotel is Perfectly located for temple visit and city market. As market starts from temple and ends at Tower chowk. Just after tower chowk there is nothing.. Rooms and amenities and staffs all are quite good. Our family liked this hotel and we will recommend this to our families and friends
