COCOON Luxury Business Hotel

Excellent Stay. Very good rooms and the staff behaviour is excellent. I have been staying in this hotel since its inception and I have always preferred staying here because of its hospitality and amenities.

Cocoon is a really great business hotel. Very nice and comfortable rooms, courteous staff, good cleanliness and excellent food.

Rooms are good but the hygiene in the food was not up to the mark even though I give only 2 Rating.

Rooms are clean and in excellent condition. The staff is professional and helpful. Food is also top notch and reasonably priced.

Hotel is good. Every staff is polite and helpfull. I must recommend this hotel. The room and overall ambiance is good. Food is awesome. The improvement area : AC at the bathroom is controlled by hotel. If switched off, it affects centrally in all rooms. This is problematic and we could not bath under AC! 2nd is the slowness of serving food resulting at least 30 mins to wait. Apart from these, the hotel is neat and clean everywhere.

all good....no complaint.....my stay was upgrade free of cost.... enjoyed it very much. Location is very near to Railway station still they provided pickup and drop facility.

At a distance of 5 min of Dhandab Station this property offers good rooms with excellent quality food. The entire staff from the reception to the restaurant to house keeping is extremely good and polite and always at your service. Been a regular visitor to this hotel since past 5 years and I am never disappointed with their service

Great stay. Great hospitality. Value for money. Checked in at 1am in the morning and the staffs helped me to settled at my room and also provided snacks.

Service New’s to improve , dying place is like Bhul Bhulia .. no scope for neutral light and air . Hygiene issue . Bath towel is old black .:

Rooms are spacious, clean and hygienic. Food quality could have been better especially the breakfast

The property was nice. House keeping & front office staff were nice & disciplined. Buffet breakfast was good. If a few items like chicken sausages/ salami be added to the buffet, the breakfast would be excellent
