Review Of Hotel Manorama Palace

Pros: The hotel is located near to Bartand Bus Stand which gives easy access to any needs or visit any nearby places like ISM. Cons: 1. For the price, the size of the hotel room is very very small with queen bed occupying remaining space. 2. if you lift yout hands upwards, they will be hit by Fan, and I don't see any Safety measures taken. 3. Hotel does not have lift. 4. I slept in dark night(opening bathroom door to have some light) with no bedroom lamp after switching off main lights. 5. No water(normal RO) provided by default. As I need to spend just one night, I need to adjust greatly in this congested room.

The location of the property is good ! close to dhanbad city center . but again the price tag i paid 2400 approx for 2 nights and the room was very small like a match box ! at this price it was not good ! and it was non ac also the wifi will get off as the electricity goes and this happens multiple times in an day ! , i also found a mouse in my room

Staff behaviour is good and room is affordable it is a nice stay to consider.

Location wise Good, but property wise worst, i booked it for my friend, they were literally in room telling ac not working, taking away geyser while people in room, toilets are worst, nothing is cleaned full of hair on bed. Staff enters room with sleepers. I will never recommend this. No one shared towel even in ac delux room.

Room was clean but small as per price charged and name of room deluxe ac room. Service was very good. Very polite i behavior. Bathroom was very small just can stand at one place to take bath. I got hurt in the bathroom. No lift. It was not mentioned in description clearly. So if anyone having knee or any other breathing problem must take care. Upto 1rst floor ok. Above this bit problematic to climb the stairs. Price charge higher as per room size and bathroom size. Service good nature and behavior very polite.

There is no drinking water available in hotel.

The room is very small. Served breakfast cost hardly rs. 20 only.

The hotel should have provided towels and a kettle. However the room was clean and the caretaker was well manner

I had booked non-ac room and the place was very clean with all the facilities. I was well responded to, greeted and treated well here by the staff. Easier to locate and recommended place to stay.

Best hotel to stay in dhanbad in this rangeit's walking distance from bus standalso staff were goodclean and comfort and the best part is hotel is in main market.
