S B International Hotel and Banquet

Ambience is good but rooms are very average. Toiletries are useless and below par. They need a major upgrade in rooms

The property is good. The intercom was not working that was the only issue with the room.but buffet breakfast as promised during the check in was missing the next morning.

I recently stayed at sb international hotel and had a terrible experience. The hotel offered a complementary breakfast, which i requested to be packed. Although they agreed, they surprisingly charged me rs 100 for the container

Stay was good, room services were nice. The negative thing was the behaviour of the guy @ reception counter. He keeps on reminding that check out time is 11, as if even 1 minute u r past 11 u will be charged for whole day. Seems like a trainee who even don't know about early check in & late check out. Probably for the first time i have encountered such thing. Apart from that, rest all staffs were very humble n polite.

Had a terrible experience at sb international hotel dhanbad. Lack of staff, air-conditioning did not work at all in the room. Inhouse dining was pathetic. Had ordered one masala omlette and masala chai which never came. Parking had no exit. Parking a car at the basement was a nightmare. Staff members lacked professionalism. No ownership at all. I strongly urge make my trip to delete the property from their list. I had been traveling and staying in many hotels, but have never experienced such a horrible experience.

I would rate this hotel as a 5 star stay & there are genuine reasons for it. Nice location (not in the crowded area. Very polite & helping staff. Amazing neat & clean big rooms with smart tvs. Now the best part is their amazing food, i must say this that you don't get such tasty & homely food in hotels that easily. We tried their dal tadka, pane-er & chicken. All had mouth watering taste. This place is going to be our permanent stay whenever we visit dhanbad.

One of the worst and pathetic stays till date. On the night of 30th march 2024 there was a light rainfall, and rain water came inside the room even through the closed windows and shockingly there was a water seepage inside the room. Eventually there was a power cut. But there was no power back up. We faced continuous power shut down in my room. I tried to ask the available night manager but he refused to take any action. We were too bound to adjust accordingly and said he can't do anything in this matter. Our twin room was only surviving on a single light. Even though there was no power point to charge the phone and use mosquito repellent, we faced severe mosquito bites. There was no ceiling fan connection. The behaviour of the night manager was very unprofessional. He asked us to wait for the power supply. This seemed like an alleged act. Even he didn't apologize for anything. He never confessed about the faults and loop holes of the hotel. He was never concerned about his guests who are paying this huge amount for just two nights without any operational facilities. Finally we were compelled to leave the room in the middle of the night at around 3:00 am on 31st march 2024. We are only here to suffer without any refund. I am only concerned about my wasted money in this disastrous hotel. I want my single day stay refunded asap. I can't bear it anymore. Or either i am going into serious legal alternatives. Looking forward to hearing from you.
