Good food, good staff and peaceful place if you are looking for official fair stay. Food rates are also in budget 😅.

Staff behavior was very good especially the receptionist, made me feel genuinely welcome. I had dinner at their hotel's restaurant was a also surprisingly good.

Food was good but the environment was scary

More privacy, behavior of employees-good, good room, restaurants and food is good, not more expensive

The service was fine but most of the time there was powercut and the ac was not working. They changed my room twice as they said they have booking for marriage. I paid the entire money for an ac room and i had to checkout a day before as they were forcing me to leave the room as they had more bookings from 8th july. Make my trip charged me rs1129/per day for an ac room but they refunded me only 820rs and said the rest is the profit of make my trip. For me it was the first and last stay in hotel patiala and also first and last booking from make my trip
