The room and bath was not clean, bedding was also not upto the mark / was dirty. There were traces of cockroachs. Food was okay. No restaurant facility only room service.

Average. And food are very costly, bathroom lock not working, room tv also not working, and hotel name not display at main road

Service was really good. Picked us from railway station and he arranged a person to take us to all temples and they arranged a vehicle also. Reasonable stay. Good service.

Food is costly. Sign board of the hotel is not available at front entrance. People in surrounding area do not know about this hotel.

Excellent hotel

Got dirty blanket, tap water for drink, tv is not working, door locking broken, staff not responding when i mentioned these issues

Room not provided heater for instant water heating, but they provided hot water by backets. We have language problem but staff's are c ji

1) room is not clean, a thin layer of dust is there in maze and chair. 2) bedsheet, blanket and pillow is dirty. Blanket is so dirty that i have to manage my own. 3) for handwash, they are providing self made handwash (maybe paste of soap) which i don't like to use.

Very poor ambience. Cannot even drive a car into the road to reach the jotel. Very poor quality interiors. Had to find an alternative accommodation. Door lock hardly works. It is broken. Poor interiors. Sofa is very unclean fabric. Bad odour and poor ventilation in the room. Avoid at all circumstances.

No phone connection in room. Bedsheets should have been good quality

Easy access to all facilities near the hotel

I was not allowed to stay at hotel although I had a payment online they asked me to take another room as we were couple, when I booked the hotel there was not mention that couple is allowed or not we had to stay at railway station. Customer care number was also not connecting.

Stay was good. Behavior good. They try to improve. That is good.

Not to find such a hopeless place City like Dhanbad

Location wise good. Hotel food quality is awesome. Friendly behaviour of staff. Room quality is good.

Hotel is 2.5 km away from Station. Location is good. Ease to reach. Hotels is clean. Behavior of staff is also good. Food was average.

I am fully satisfied from hotel service.
