One worsted hotel service experience here, not single staff in professional including receptionist and now housekeeping service available, they don’t not including breakfast service how provide, not even provided soap, shampoo. Dormitory are better then this hotel.

Nobody is professional in this hotel. If you are used to - Chalta hai - attitude, then you will not have any problem. Nobody comes for cleaning, even if you give the key at reception. Since they are not professional, hence you have to remind them about your bills, food, water, etc. Food is good and cheap. Morning coffee is not good. Nobody is professional in this hotel. My experience with this hotel was terrible. The staff were very rude and have no idea what they are doing. My room was extremely dirty. There where insects and mosquitoes in my room the bathroom had a birds nest. The food was average and even though I had complimentary breakfast with my package they still added it to the bill. They took more than 1hr to serve my food. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and had bed bugs. Inshort it was an extremely terrible experience.

Not good service is too bad I have experience there and never go there again it's true for all and food was also so expensive

The hotel is located just beside the highway. There's plenty of greenery inside the hotel that adds up to the ambience. The children too will enjoy it here as they have small parks inside their area. Even the food quality is good. The rooms are near and clean.Overall this hotel is good.

It was smooth check in process and staff behaviour was nice even

Food is good, intercom not working, bathroom door was without lock room no 303. We got best deal on mmt.

I found the hotel through make my trip and booked the hotel. Location is good, food is also good, services is average

Very rude manager and staffs. They were impolite and uncourteous. If this is how they behave with business travelers good knows what they do to individuals

I booked room at shaan -e- punjab which was near topchachi lake. But booking done at new sp(shaan e punjab. I paid for super dulux room ( rs 2700 with gst)but it was very small in size. Bathroom was so so. Staff behaviour was good. Complementary food was very good but 1 person may take 1 plate as their rule. Extra 1 is chargeable. Boiled egg rate is 90 rupees for 2 pc. Room service is very slow.

I have selected topchachi branch from google and booked but it’s booked at dhanbad branch. There is definitely a scam

I booked a super deluxe room. The overall ambience, facilities, staff response was quick and remarkable. I would suggest to opt it on priority for the stay in dhanbad.

It is misleading. I have booked for hotel shaan e punjab which is situated at topchachi. But what is discovered that booking was made in new shaan e punjab which is a branch of shaan e punjab and situated at dhanbad.

The last time experience was good but this time it was very bad at first i booked a deluxe room and after i reached at 12 pm they ask me to wait as the room was not ready and finally waiting for one and half hour they offered a room with a separate washroom which was on the balcony. Then after complaining that how can you expect a ladies could use this washroom in a balcony they said we don't have any deluxe room available other than that and then they ask me to pay rs500 more and then gave me a super deluxe room which was again not up to the mark. It was really very frustrating to travel and manage all this when you have your family with you travelling.

Stay was great hotel was very hygienic, the food tastes very good
