The Manager and cook was very supportive. Food was just like home. really awesome food.

The room was not clean and the bathroom was filthy. We have not received the sealed water bottle and also no soap or toothbrush was given Using handwash with a mixture of shampoo and water The overall experience was a disaster

very unhigenic, dirty,full of mosquito and bedbug couldn't sleep whole night very much disappointed

Room service very poor, AC is not working properly, location is good but food is not available near the hotel.

pros- nice location (you will get every thing nearby), room is ok,AC is there,geyser is there(dont know whether it's working or not) cons - there is a huge noice from the ac, don't worry u will be used to of it within few hours. sometimes while there is no power ac will not work. there is no window and the bathroom exhaust doesn't work,the bathroom mirror is not in its position they will not provide any water bottle, shampoo,soap, there's a mini fridge but it's for show. i have not seen the manager while im there, the cook manages all the things, he's good. but the policy of late check out is not good,they will charge 60% amount whether it's 1hr or 3hr

AÇ was not working continuously for even one hour, fridge was also like demo only, no sealed water bottle provided etc

The bedsheet was dirty and they were not changing it despite my requests. On asking repeatedly, torn bedsheets were laid. The drinking water given was also dirty. Even the breakfast that I had asked for was not given to me.

The photo shown isn't anything close to what the current condition is. Soap wasn't there when i asked 3times then i got a shampoo pouch. . Broken tiles old conditioned rooms. Location is good. But the amount they charge for the room they provide not at all worth

No room amenities provided as described in hotel details and the rooms are very dirty filled with insects. I have changed my room on the second day and there room services available in this hotel. Infact they don't have phone facilities for getting help from the hotel receptions.

Room was average. But disappoint was i ask them for hot water for my infant, they denied as they are out of gas and etc. Cockroaches are roaming around the room. No cleaning.

No food and hotel staff are not supporting and bath tap also not working properly and no any services provided by the hotel staff. No mouth wash kit and also not available bathing sampoo and shop, as per total waist of money

Ac is not working and on complaining change the room after two days and in that room also floor tiles are broken, water issue in bathroom and their staf are not professional. Please at-least provide proper facility for which we are paying otherwise with this type of experience we feel cheated and also mm t please you also need to be professional with proper inspection of the property you listed not just let your customer after booking through you at their own risk have not getting proper experience for which the pay.

Great room, and spotlessly clean. Heating/ac unit made the room very comfortable at night. Fast wifi. The mattress was comfy.

Very very bad, at night the ac did not work, in the morning no water was on tap. Pols & pols withdwar your service for this hotel. Not more than 300, is the perfect tariff for this hotel. Pls return my paid amount. The hotel was scary and horrible.

Room ambience is good. But it is not clean. Like you can see dust over the sofa. Bed sheets are yellowish. You will see cockroaches in the room and bathroom. Bathrooms stink like poop. If they can maintain the clearness then it would be a better place to stay.
