It was a nice stay. Clean and tidy. But the room service was not good no food and compliment available at this price point. Thank you

The resort was located at a peaceful place and the staffs are very friendly, also the rooms are neat and clean.

I have booked my day 2 stay here from my recent vacation to Kerala. The room allotted to me was nothing less than 3rd class amenities. The balcony and bedroom windows are broken and throughout the night entire family witnesses horror sounds because of the breeze passing the broken windows. Bathroom fittings are broken including the jug and toilet gun. Broken furniture and the worst part is none of the power sockets can accommodate basic mobile chargers. Reported to reception and no response even after multiple follow-ups even after requested for a room change. Was for forced to vacate because of the experience and this is the by far worst stay i ever had.

They charges way too much for the facility they provided.

The property is conveniently situated beside state highway, at lakkidi, the gateway to wayanad district for travellers coming from calicut and beyond. The proximity to highway, however, doesn't affect the peaceful nature of the resort being 50-80 meters inside with greenary all around. No food is provided at the resort. Nearby hotels can deliver food when ordered. The dining hall is available if need be.

Rooms were not ready when we were trying to check in. Rooms were filled with giant cockroaches and variety of insects. Situation demanded a 2 hour quarrel with the property manager to get the rooms cleaned as it was late night and we had no other option.

Overall the stay was very pleasant with private parking. The views from the balcony were excellent. Only one issue i found was that the refrigerator was not working and they do not have inhouse fooding.

There is no facilities worth mentioning, only the location is good
Only the location is good, there was no toiletries available other than soap. Kitchen was pathetic, with so many roaches around.
