Review Of Wayanad Green Field Apartment

Pros: New establishment. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Cots are queen size. Clean bedsheet and pillows. A shared kitchen at ground floor with gas and utensils which can be used. Shops and restaurants are within 100 to 300 meters. It's a calm and quiet place surrounded by lush greenery. Cons: Apartment is almost 100 meters down from the main road. Inclined road was stiff and narrow. Only a small 4 wheeled car can climb. You cannot take your SUV to the doorstep. We had to park our Innova on a paid parking lot arranged by the host. So, its not a good place for elderly people who cannot climb inclined road. Geyser was not giving hot water in one of the rooms, however it was fine in other two rooms where we stay. As all the members belonged to the same family, we had managed.

Stay was good, It had parking also but the way to the stay is very narrow, sedan and compact SUV can’t pass through, only smaller vehicles can pass through. So had difficulties parking our car, we had to park it afar from the stay near to main road. Not all rooms have geyser facilities, they’re still upgrading one by one... The stay also has a shared kitchen where we can cook our food. Overall had a decent experience, the person incharge was customer friendly and was able to arrange parking for our vehicle.

Very disappointing experience. There was no proper way to reach the room — no clear directions, no staff to guide, and the path was confusing and inconvenient. Not suitable for guests with luggage or elderly people. Would not recommend

Stay was very good. The owner was very polite and friendly. Awesome location with beautiful view. Only problem is big car very difficult to park as it is very narrow road hardly one small car will fit in the road. Except this everything is good

Property located 75-100 mtrs away from road, walking nearly 100 mtrs with luggage is difficult.

Its owner is a very nice man.. He is very helpful. I have not had any extra charge there. There is parking facility but there is only a small road to bring the vehicle down.. that's the only problem.. anyway he brought our bags up in his vehicle

Access to the apartment is very difficult. The road is not good for walking too. No wifi in the room

A basic stay on a hill slope. Access to the property is a tricky one but once there, it gets better. The owner cum caretaker, mr jeyraj, is an effervescent & enthusiastic human, who goes out of his way to make the stay comfortable. Despite the access difficulty, its value for money.
