Excellent Stay
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel last night. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was tasty, and the service was good. Overall, a very satisfying experience. I would definitely choose this place again whenever I am in Raipur.

Very poor service . No proper breakfast provided. Lift not working properly . Good hotel for one day stay but if planning for a longer stay please don’t book it.

As per premium charge service was not good not enough even basic facilities are not there, need to correct all those service and staff, after complaint they are not able to give satisfactory answer

Terrible Stay
coupleHotel management do not entertain booking, they unnecessary denied my checkin saying we cannot provide early checkin at 10 our checkout time is 12. When i entr3d the hotel the very firsst que they ask is if i have done booking. Later when i called and cancel-led booking after some time they came to me amd provided a room.

Not at all worth pricing
Floors of the room was sticky, toilet flush was not working also water supply in the morning was interrupted for some time. Lift was not working, no room boy to help carrying the luggage.
