Review Of Hotel O Gyan Regency

This is a very poor quality hotel. The bathroom is not even slightly clean. not good for family .......

I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel O Gyan Regency, which I had booked through MakeMyTrip. Right from the moment I entered, the experience was below expectations. The room was extremely unclean, with dust on the floor and stains on the bedsheets. The washroom was in pathetic condition, with a constant foul smell that made it hard to even enter. Basic amenities like soap, towels, and water were not provided, and when I asked the staff, they showed no cooperation at all. The hotel staff was rude and unprofessional, with zero concern for guest comfort. There was no room service, no drinking water facility, and no cleanliness standards. It honestly felt like a place that should not be listed on a platform like MMT. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had, and I would not recommend this property to anyone. Totally not worth the money.

Bathroom was smelling badly and room service was wrost and they take more charges for AC room as already maintained during booking it was AC .

room is not clean, services is not good, tv not working , very bad expirion , blanket smell is very bad

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable. The convenient location close to major attractions.
